These Terms govern your use of Online Income University. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
2. Your account
- You may hold one personal account. Keep your login details secure.
- Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or login details to anyone else.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Purchases and access
- Programs must be paid for in full before they are unlocked. A program you have bought may appear in your dashboard but stays locked until payment is complete.
- Some programs give lifetime access and others give access for a set period, as stated on the program's sales page.
- Where a payment plan or installments are offered, access is granted according to the terms shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: one-time purchases may be refunded within 7 days only if you have not accessed the program, and payment plan or installment purchases are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property and acceptable use
- All programs, videos, materials, and content on the platform are owned by us and protected by law.
- When you buy a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for your own learning.
- You may not copy, record, download (except where we explicitly allow it), share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post any part of the content.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
6. No income or results guarantee
Our programs are educational. We teach skills and share strategies, but we do not guarantee any specific income, earnings, or results. What you achieve depends on many factors, including your own effort, experience, and market conditions. Nothing on the platform is financial advice or a promise of earnings.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, shares content or account access, or is involved in fraud or abuse.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be handled in Nigeria.
